 On March 18th, 2022 we organized a games night event at the Spielbound Cafe Omaha for approximately 40 graduate students. We rented the party room and had all kinds of board games, delicious food, warm drinks, and smoothies. We also gave away Creighton branded backpacks and hats to the winners.  + The Health and Sciences Students + + The big fluffy dog + + The bio-science students + + The future doctors + The ortho-dental students + The couple ? + + The business students + + Andrew ditching out top advice to the Blokus players. +

On March 2nd, 2022, we organized a tailgate pre-game event before the Creighton basketball game against the University of Connecticut Men basketball team. The venue was the Matt Bar also known as the Old Mattress Factory Bar/Restaurant in Downtown Omaha. About 60 grad students were in attendance. Creighton defeated UConn 64-62 in a tight and very exciting game.

We organized our first in-person event of the year in Eppley Hall on the Creighton Campus, on Feb 25th, 2022. The goal was to give an opportunity to the grad students to come and meet us, tell us about their Creighton experience so far, and introduce us to the awesome research they are doing. There was also some delicious food, warm drinks, cold drinks and some gifts (hats, t-shirts, greeting cards designed by children for a good cause).
